We had a wonderful stay at Chateau Saint Denis A Historic Hotel Downtown. Everyone was extremely nice and helpful, and they seemed to genuinely enjoy working at the hotel and meeting people. The location is prime, close to downtown shops and restaurants, and the private parking was convenient. We especially loved the ambiance of the hotel and the variety of amenities, including the bar, dining area, snack shop, and outdoor patio seating. The room was well-decorated, the beds were comfortable, and the breakfast had a good variety.

Homey hotel, luxurious rooms, superfriendly staff. Hot and satisfactory breakfasts with the style of the motel, real scrambled eggs. Wonderful setting, not far from churches, all the great shopping and the main shopping / tourist area.

The rooms were updated and huge, had hair dryers, a walk-in shower, and bath sheets. The location to the river front was great and incredible for us.

The food was outstanding with a wide range of alternatives.

The hotel was immaculately clean, the staff were extremely helpful and responsive. The room was well-maintained and airy with a bathtub, Updated bathroom and upscale furnishings and the breakfast was great. The venue had a perfect location around 4-6 minutes away by foot from Trinity Episcopal Church. The service was excellent, that made the hotel newly remodelled place.

I really enjoyed the room with very comfy beds. The breakfast was marvellous with the style of the motel, real scrambled eggs, equal, the restaurant was lovely.

The hotel is absolutely fantastic and spotlessly clean. The staff is super helpful and dressed to impress. The beautiful hotel features a cozy sitting area with a large double-sided fireplace that instantly creates a warm and inviting atmosphere. The breakfast area is filled with colorful artwork and has a big TV for news and weather updates. The beds, although a bit firmer than I prefer, are still comfortable with several comfy pillows. The spacious walk-in showers are a definite perk. The location is unbeatable for the Christmas Festival, and the proximity to the river and shops is jaw-dropping. The breakfast is great, and my daughter was blown away by the automatic pancake maker. The on-site car park is convenient, and the 24-hour reception ensures a hassle-free stay. The hotel also offers a bar/lounge area, fitness center, laundry facilities, and a business center. Plus, it's great that there are no pets allowed and no smoking on-site. this hotel is the best choice Natchitoches has to offer.

Marvellous and stunning location within a close distance from First Baptist Church. Only 5 minutes walking to downtown. Airy and perfectly clean room plus with a bathtub.

The plush seating by the double-sided fireplace provided a cozy spot for relaxing and chatting with fellow guests. The spacious courtyard with the ornate 18th-century fountain was a serene oasis, perfect for enjoying the Southern ambiance. Additionally, the hotel's accessibility for senior people was impressive, with easy navigation through the common areas and comfortable seating available throughout. It made for a lovely stay, and I felt right at home.

I would have appreciated a more considerate approach from the children of the staff regarding the shower temperature control, ensuring it was consistently warm for a more comfortable experience for senior guests.

The location was great in a downtown area, very close to the Natchitoches Events Center, historical downtown Natchitoches, and river and shopping. Also, Walmart Supercenter was 3 miles away.
